Refunds and Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase after if arrives, please email us and we will arrange a refund or replacement for reasonable requests. You will need to send the faulty or damaged book back to us. Both steps need to be completed within 30days of delivery.

A refund excludes courier costs.

We will not refund your purchase if you changed your mind or don’t like the content of the book.

If your book purchase fails to arrive within four weeks, please ask for the courier tracking number so we can trace your package.

If the courier company claims they have delivered the package, then the loss is yours.

If the courier company claims they have delivered the package and the address or instructions were incorrect, the loss is with the party who made the mistake.

If the courier company cannot find the package, we will claim the value of the package and send you a replacement.
